Decoy Sergeant Inline Single Hooks JS-1
The Decoy Sergeant Inline Single Hooks JS-1 is a single hook for jigging offering superb hook-up ratios as it is hard for the hook to be caught anywhere on the fish besides the mouth. The Decoy JS-1 adopts a wide eye in the back for ease of attachment to heavy split rings and a gentle twist to the hook point. The JS-1’s heavy wire & wide gape disperse heavy loads evenly though the hook reducing the chance of deformation. In the strength tests carried out by Decoy, fish caught by the JS-1 was 70kg in the 3/0 size, 100kg in the 6/0 size, and 150kg in the 8/0 size. The JS-1 is recommended as a single hook for offshore species such as amberjack and yellowtail as well as large oilfish and small-medium tuna.
