The Simms Open Water Tactical Waist Pack is fully structured and features a bomber 1680D Ballistic Polyester shell that is hook as well as water-resistant. The pack is fully drainable and rinseable construction achieved through non-marking multi-weave TPU coated base. The pack comfortably fits three 7″ x 3″ removable tubes or room for smaller personal sized tackle boxes.
